Between June 3 and August 2026, some links in the Niagara Launcher app and on this website temporarily pointed to an outdated version of our Privacy Policy instead of the current version, which took effect in April 2026. This was a technical linking error introduced during our website migration.
The current Privacy Policy was publicly accessible the entire time, and the summary of the April 2026 changes shown in the app was accurate and unaffected.
Nothing about our actual data practices changed. How we handle your data has at all times been governed by, and consistent with, the current Privacy Policy. The correction only affects where the links point.
We fixed the affected links so that they now lead to the current Privacy Policy, and we reviewed all other links to legal documents in the app and on this website.
